Cod is one of the best white fish for human consumption as it dwells in the ocean’s depths, far from pesticides that tend to hover near the water surface.Besides, it has been one of the regular staples of the Basque people, our ancestors from our father’s side, caught in their seafaring adventures all over the globe.
