Dear readers and fellow bloggers:

Good afternoon. Before we proceed to review the final galley proofs of of our upcoming new book, we decided to get an extra boost of energy for that critical task. What better way to get it than preparing a hearty peasant’s soup with vegetables galore, some angel hair pasta, plenty of moringa, oregano, parsley, black pepper, ground garlic, a dollop of parmesan cheese, and no meat (animal proteins early in the day are slow to digest and break you pace)

The final product looks like this and, as always,  you are most welcome to share it at our humble table. A morfar!
