Dear readers, listeners, and fellow bloggers:

Gian Franco Corsi Zeffirelli was born on February 12, 1923, in Florence and passed away on June 15, 2019, in Rome. He was well known for his extravagant mise en scène of the classical plays in his theater productions, which he repeated in his filmography.
