Buona domenica con una bravissima Raviolatta ed Polpete di Manzo

Dear readers and fellow bloggers:

Good evening and Happy Sunday to you all. To replenish our depleted energy storage after so many weeks of hard work to finish publishing our book Emotional Frustration – the Hushed Plague, we decided to prepare a hearty pasta dish. What better choice than spinach ravioli and meatballs? First we prepared a typical Dotta Sauce and then we added the previously grilled meatballs. Here it is:

Then we cooked the ravioli separately and added all together in our fearless, indomitable La Bestia.

How did it come out? We are serving you a plate. Join us for a delicious dinner and chatting galore.

Buon appetito!

Buona Domenica con una gnocchiatta dal 29 alla Tony Soprano

Dear readers and fellow bloggers:

As we have detailed in the previous posting we prepared today a gnocchiata of the day 29 with a sauce of San Marzano tomatoes, meatballs and sausages. What do you think?

Our son captured this image precisely when we were about to taste one of the meatballs.

Do you think it’s ready? Did you notice the melting Burrata cheese in the middle?
